Quack & Hack é uma iniciativa do DDG para a divulgação e promoção do Perl. A idéia é agregar interessados, iniciantes e veteranos para juntos caolocarmos a mão na massa, trocar dicas e figurinhas, seja contribuindo com as iniciativas opensource do DDG ( https://github.com/duckduckgo ), seja tocando os projetos próprios. Uma linha em que o Getty está especialmente interessado em discutir e trabalhar é na internacionalização do DDG, para facilitar com que sua interface seja localizada para outros idiomas.

Quack & Hack is a DDG initiative to divulge and promote Perl. The idea is to have a gathering of people interested in Perl from all levels, beginners and veterans, and get hands-on together, exchanging tips and tricks, while contributing to DDG's opensource initiatives ( https://github.com/duckduckgo ) or hacking on our own things. Something Getty is pretty much interested right now it in discussing and working in DDG internationalization, to make it easier for it to be localized into other languages.
